Sparkling Wine Dinner at Bluebell Vineyard Estates

A ‘Sparkling Wine Dinner’ with Alex Jacquemin is to take place at Bluebell Vineyard Estates on June 2 to celebrate English Wine Week.
Alex Jacquemin, award-winning Michelin-trained head chef at The Cat Inn, West Hoathly.
He has designed a seasonal menu to complement each of the Hindleap sparkling wines produced at Bluebell Vineyard Estates.
The dinner will be hosted in a beautiful marquee overlooking the vines. Guests will enjoy five courses, each perfectly matched with a glass of Hindleap sparkling wine, and there will be canapés and a welcome drink on arrival.
Each course will be introduced by Alex and Bluebell Vineyard Assistant Winemaker, Collette O’Leary.
Arrive for 7.30pm to enjoy canapés and welcome drink and be seated for dinner at 8pm.
Tickets are £75 per person available through the Bluebell Vineyard Estate website.
