Mindfulness Meditation Workshop

This workshop with Kirsty Knapp offers an introduction to mindfulness techniques to help you reduce stress and achieve deeper relaxation of body and mind.
We will look at some of the principles of mindfulness such as acceptance, non-judgement, beginners mind, non-striving, letting go and self- compassion through practices using the mind, body and breath to create unity and calm.
Enjoy meditations, mindful movement and a sound bath to give you all you need to be mindful every day.
The workshop is £25pp and booking in advance is preferred, or you can also drop in on the day and join in.
